This website provides general information and links to a separately hosted Google Forms coaching application. It does not collect application details directly on this website, accept payments or use embedded analytics pixels in this deployment.
When you use the linked form, ClearCut receives your answers through its Google Workspace/Drive account to evaluate eligibility, contact applicants, and provide coaching services if enrolled. Contact details, your selected package, goals and training logistics may be included. Please do not submit detailed health records, payment card information, or other sensitive records in the application. A parent/legal guardian must independently authorize participation for applicants ages 15–17 before paid coaching begins.
For communication, applications may trigger transactional confirmation emails sent through the ClearCut business Gmail account. Optional text-message fields do not mean automated texts are active; SMS requires separate consent and a supported business messaging service. Any future billing occurs through a separate Stripe checkout after an agreement has been accepted; this website does not directly process payments.
To ask about your information, request correction or request deletion subject to applicable retention requirements, email clearcut.performance1@gmail.com. Provider systems may retain information under their terms and applicable law. ClearCut does not provide medical care, diagnosis or medical nutrition therapy.
